About Us
In 2021, Tiffany Scofield founded the company after five years of working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients in a nonprofit. She has since moved on to another role in a private company. It is her goal to see her clients succeed in their lives. Her team is fluent in American Sign Language and can communicate with clients without any barriers. They are highly qualified and energized job coaches and job placement specialists who build community network connections.
Mission
We aim to ensure that Deaf and Hard of Hearing people can access employment and training in an environment that maximizes their professional and personal success.
Vision
To create a place without barriers for every client who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Developing skills in technology, access to job resources, and finding employment to ensure financial independence. We will adapt to accommodate the necessary services for every individual in our community.
